The ministry of Pastor Sam and Gabrielle Salazar Jr's has been quite fruitful, largely for its commitment to sound Apostolic Teachings and practical ways of saving the lost. The Salazar ministry has a rehab home for men who struggle with drugs and substance abuse. The program has a history of converting inmates, drug-addicts and ex-convicts into ministerial assignments in the church. The Men's Home ministry is undeniable the most successful testimonies of God's love and presence at the Apostolic Commission Church.

New Life is a residential treatment home that specializes in helping men break the chains of addiction, gangs, and other life damaging lifestyles. We offer a sober living environment, support groups, and one-on-one counseling. New Life is a faith-based program that includes devotional time, worship service, life skills education, and a 12-step recovery program upon request. The program was established in 2001 by the Fremont Apostolic Commission Church, 4251 Peralta Blvd., Newark, CA and has a successful working collaboration with the Parole Offices of Oakland, Hayward, San Jose, and Fremont to swap jailers for our program.
