INVESTMENT PLAN

Affordable Homes Cooperative Society (hereinafter called the Cooperative) is presently repositioned to contribute in reducing the affordable housing deficit in Nigeria and to help the members own their own houses.

The Cooperative is partnering with Happy Home Builders Nigeria Limited (hereinafter called the Company), a real estate developer with considerable experience, track record and formidable management team. The partners have set a goal of executing site and services scheme at ten (10) different locations in Abuja. In ensuring success in our drive, we are partnering with Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) and Family Home Fund (FHF) - another Federal Government of Nigeria initiative for affordable housing - to secure mortgage loans for our members to enable them pay for the houses of their choice.,

The Cooperative has opted to invite members and the general public to invest in the scheme by providing the funding for the projects. Investing in the scheme will give high returns on investment (ROI).
