SUMMARY: Production: The agro-farms will be well coordinated and run as cooperatives that will manage the affairs of the biologically produced fertilizers. The cooperative will have 10 management teams, 30 agronomic researchers, and 265 specialists specialized in agriculture and agricultural machineries. Besides, the waste recycling plant will help take care of all unused green waste coming from the ago-farms. Agro- farms will cooperate with agronomic related universities for exchange of technical information and cultivations training. The building surface area, which will accommodate hangars for agricultural machines and workshops, will be about 1200 m2 and 3000 m2. The farm will be equipped with about 50 agricultural tractors and related equipments for the purposes indicated above. The laboratory will be responsible for studies of insects and their predatory, bacterial, reptiles, and wild animals. The Laboratory will focus its research activities on causes and effects, mixing of herbs, plants structure, trees, and other species. The laboratory will be equipped with all the necessary equipments and instruments to effect accurate analysis of research works, and will develop liaisons with other laboratories and foreign universities through Internet or otherwise. The cooperative owns 6000 hectares of landed property for the development of agricultures, arboriculture and the cultivation of local traditional medicines. The Tonwei agro- farms will embark on a mission of re-forestation by assembling already existing species. We believe that, within two years of program takeoff, about 500,000 individuals will benefit from these farms weekly and regularly.
