Employees' Continuous Training Programs

The development of skills is a permanent target for TONWEI™. Our activity is highly technical and constantly innovative. Therefore, we dedicate a significant share of our personnel cost to employees' continuous training. At the foundation laying ceremony, Chairman Tongubor pledged, " A training program will be established to develop manpower for the refinery." Continuous training is organized as follows:

 

  • Training programs for new employees to help them acquire skills necessary for their jobs.

 

  • Each new employee receives specific training via teamwork, courses, seminars, and the Internet.

 

  • Classical employee training, which is jointly decided by the employee, his/her supervisor, a training coordinator, and the Continuous Training Department of The Information Department.

 

  • Courses proposed will be adapted to the company's job criteria, needs, and career advancement perspectives.

 

  • TONWEI™ jobs evolve quickly and as such, each of its employees is expected be professionally upgraded to this evolution. This is even truer as, in our business domain; technical expertise is the guarantee to performance.

 

 

Management/Executives Job Training

 

Tonwei Group offer intern mid-management, management, and Executive Training Courses for its staff and non-staff. Non-staff should be candidates who have signed a contract to work for Tonwei after their training program(s). Those who complete and score the required credits for the course(s) will be posted to the Administrative Officers Board for further consideration and they will be assigned to their appropriate positions. Visit: Corporate Offices & Open Positions - Applicants must have one of the following qualifications: Ph.D. or MBA or BA/BSc with 8 years position-related experience

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This program is only available to TONWEI™ employees who have been screened for eligibility and notified of eligibility by The Employees' Continuous Training Supervisory Board. For more information on how to join the training program, contact and discuss possibilities with your department's supervisor. Note: the decision to train workers is vested on the Supervisory Board of the Employees' continuous training and not your supervisor. Executives Training does not fall under the above criteria.
