Export Oriented Oil & Gas Refinery

SUMMARY: CLINIC/HOSPITAL for refinery staff & families / host communities & environments. The main clinic/hospital structure will be 3000 m2. There will be a number of Health-Centers of about 200 m2 located at a distant of 5 km from each other. Fifty building constructors and several specialists will be needed to complete the clinics and hospitals. The estimated indirect employment capacity during the construction period will be 70 workers working on a daily basis. The direct personnel needed to complete construction is 100, working 3 periods of 8 hours per shift. The full activities of the hospital will need 50 specialists, which will include doctors, surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, and other healthcare personal. The hospitals will be equipped with a radiology, operating theatres, virology, and an emergency department for severe burns, accident, and other fatalities. There will be a Gynecology Department with 50 beds for normal or induced deliveries and special wards for babies and children treatments. There will also be a laboratory for all medicinal analysis including virology analysis, rheumatology, and others. Development & Research activities will be conducted in generic laboratories for research applications using traditional and modern medicines. Medical activities will be liaised permanently using the Internet, Intranet, and other means linkable to foreign medical faculties. Air trips will be available for emergency interventions and helicopter or planes for international interventions, accordingly.
