SUMMARY: Possibilities exist to consult the archives of the NNPC concerning their geological and geophysical records. Based on the findings and information given, choices on area of exploration, research and seismic reflections will be made. The drilling platform will maintain, on a permanent basis, a team of three geologists and two geophysicists. Four drills of 3000 m capacity with 15 drillers will be required to work three times eight hours (3 x 8 hrs.) daily. The drilling exercise will continue for four years with 25 drills (oil wells) producing about 8000 barrels daily on the average. All equipment needed for the operations will be provided at the drilling sites. All escaping gas (H2S) and other decanter molecules will be introduced to the (appropriate recycling unit) for proper treatment procedures.
