Export Oriented Oil & Gas Refinery

SUMMARY: A world standard telecommunication network using satellite systems and components will be installed above buildings. They will occupy a surface area of 1200m2 and located at the near outskirts of the proposed refinery city. The personnel strength for the first 16 months will be 70 and each member will undergo an intern training course and will be graded accordingly. All telephonic liaisons would be installed without internal wiring or extension cabling and operated through satellite. The liaisons will be permanent with the following: fixed telephones, mobile telephones, fax, Internet, and television. Villages farther away from main installations will be supported by solar energy with back up batteries connected to the satellite without wires or cables. These satellite liaisons will have a control center for all installed instruments such as computers, detecting equipment for the total security of the refinery city and environment.
