Export Oriented Oil & Gas Refinery

SUMMARY: A waste recycling plant of 200 t /day capacity will be built on a land of about 15 hectares on a partly tarred ground. The waste treatment unit, a surface area of 2500 m2 will be used for separation and conditioning of waste. The factory will engage 100 workers for the treatment of organic, plastics and metallic waste. Waste deposits collected from settlements in the city, will be loaded in containers for easy loading. The waste collection will be done daily within 50 km radius of the city by 20 trucks. Plastic materials will be washed, conditioned, and packed into 100 kg weight shapes for further processing in another factory. Aluminum and copper will be separated and stored for export purposes and Iron treated with carbides to produce steel. Organic materials will be arranged in mass and piled up to 10 m long and 3 m high for production of waste residues. The 200-ton a day capacity factory will produce around 140 tons of organic wastes transformed to bio-fertilizer of 120 tons daily. Biological fertilizers will be used for the group's cooperative agro -industrial projects and for an organized agriculture & arboriculture purposes. Wastewaters will undergo re-treatment processes in the factory & reinserted into factory use again to same plant.
