INDUSTRIAL CONSIDERATIONS

 

The analysis of regional economics, alongside political and traditional factors, highlights an opportunity for establishing a new oil refinery in the area. After careful consideration of environmental and logistical challenges, Agge, located near the historic Burutu Harbor, has been identified as the optimal site for this project. This strategic location promises to enhance operational efficiency and support the growth of the local economy.:

 

1. The environmental impact study has been completed and is satisfactory. The following preliminary environmental impact statements are considered:  Deforestation, Bio-Diversity Loss, Toxic and hazardous substances, Sewages, Vehicular Emissions, Oil Pollution and social Impacts.

2. Climate conditions are favorable, notably with the lowest monsoon in the  region

3. Major industrial consumers are located in Europe, United States, and Asia

4. The existing creeks and sea have deep water suitable for aqua-farms, imports and exports

5. A special “Tax Holiday” will exempt some activities from taxes and duties

 

The selected site (An Island) comprises in excess of 50 sq. km, with additional adjacent availability to further expand activities and developing appropriate housing for the new workforce.
